Welcome to NODO! These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the NODO mobile application (the "App") and any related websites, features, content, downloads, and other online services that WhoLetTheDogsOut, Inc. ("WhoLetTheDogsOut", "we", "us", "our") owns or controls and that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with it.

These Terms apply to all users, including subscribers, customers, and visitors. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. They constitute a written agreement between you and us and affect your legal rights and obligations. Each time you access and/or use the Services, you agree to be bound by and comply with the Terms then in effect.

In some instances, separate guidelines, rules, or additional terms of use may apply to your use of certain features of the Services ("Additional Terms"). To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control unless they expressly state otherwise.

1. Access to the App and Services

No one under thirteen (13) years of age is allowed to create an account or use the Services. You may be required to register for an account to access certain features. By registering, you agree that:

• You will not use a username that impersonates another person, violates the intellectual property rights of any person or entity, or is otherwise offensive;
• You will provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information, and maintain and update it promptly;
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use;
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them; and
• You will not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account rights.

If information you provide is false, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account. By creating an account, you agree to receive communications from us related to your account or the Services.

2. License to Use the Services and Content

The Services contain materials and other items relating to WhoLetTheDogsOut and our products and services, including all layout, information, text, data, files, images, designs, illustrations, sounds, videos, software, and other content, as well as trademarks, trade dress, logos, and other intellectual property (collectively, "Content"). We own or have licenses to all Content.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, personal, and revocable license to download, display, view, access, and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This license does not give you any ownership of or other intellectual property interest in any Content, and may be suspended or terminated at any time in our sole discretion without advance notice or liability.

3. General Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, offensive, obscene, threatening, harassing, bullying, or abusive purpose, or in any manner that violates the rights of any third party;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any source or object code or software accessible through the Services;
